- These sachets are like T-bags. Place a sachet in your drink bottle and fill with tap, tank or filtered water. Water produced with our Eko Filter sticks is recommended.
- Shake the water for 10 to 20 seconds and then wait 5 to 10 minutes before using. Take sips throughout the day and once the bottle is empty refill two more times.
- The crystals start to work on reducing your acid levels as soon as you have taken a drink of your water. Always leave the sachet in the water bottle. Drink 3 bottles each day.
